At Terrible Life Advice™, every product is made especially for you after you place an order. This helps reduce waste and means our return policy differs from stores that keep products in stock.

1. Made-to-Order Products
Because each item is produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or ordering the wrong colour.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can investigate and arrange a suitable solution.
3. Replacements & Refunds
Where a manufacturing or fulfillment issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law, arrange a replacement or issue an appropriate refund.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Orders sent to an address provided incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or free replacement.
5. Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.
